Nutrition The Junior Kindergarten classes finished a project on nutrition! We read a book on TumbleBooks (username = kcd, password = books) called the "Little Pea." Then we used Kidspiration to show which foods we like and don't like! The JK students practiced using the mouse correctly, scrolling through clipart libraries, and dragging and dropping clipart! Thanksgiving Turkeys The JK classes created Thanksgiving turkeys using the software Kid Pix! "The Dot" Masterpieces The kindergarten class read "The Dot" on Tumblebooks.com (username = kcd password = books) and used the software Kid Pix to create their own DOT Masterpieces! RealeBooks Check out the 1st grade RealeBooks! The students wrote what they like to do in the winter - all by themselves! Planet PowerPoint Mrs. Goode's Class Ms. Mead's Class Galaxy Quest Students used KidPix to create their own spiral, elliptical, or irregular galaxy! Space Cartoons Space Cartoons (all classes) The 2nd grade used Kerpoof's "Make a Story" to create their own space scene! Volcanoes BrainPopJr Video! CREATED BY Mrs. Sandi Johnson's 3rd grade class! EVERYTHING from the background pictures to the word wall to the jokes (except the website and the video editing) were created by the students!!! Louisville Attractions Project - REALEBOOKS!!! In collaboration with enrichment class, the 3rd grade completed a research project on Louisville Attractions! Each student created their own RealeBook, formatted the book, and now you can read them online! Enjoy! Realebooks in Spanish!!! The 4th graders wrote Realebooks in Spanish!
